a samsung phone lit on fire while my friends' dad was sleeping. it lit the room on fire and he died; this was literally 3 years ago and they still refuse to acknowledge that it was their phone that caused the fire, which means that they refuse to offer any remuneration for literally killing someone's husband/father.

Obviously the earbud burnt to some degree but I doubt there was an explosion. If there were one, the chassi of the earbud wouldn't be intact
