It’s not like he’s going to public school. Private school’s don’t have to accept all students and many do take into account the home environment and background of the family before admittance. Spoken as a former private school alum.

Not illegal?  They're called PRIVATE schools for a reason, they are privately owned and can accept or reject whoever they please

I pray for that little boy (almost) every day and I hope he's safe and not in harm's way. Those few hours at school away from home will be his safe space and only escape. Potentially this could be his way out too if he's lucky enough to have an attentive and caring teacher that manages to get him to open to them.

When the child's father isn't allowed to be around within a certain distance of the school and also has a violent history involving SA, yeah - they might have reservations. Nicki isn't exactly known for following the rules all the time either so… private schools can turn away anyone for pretty much any reason. Worrying about a predator father around children? Easy to just say no.
