Hmm. This is very eerie.

Do you still jump at peek a boo, too?

This is old news, and while it's a coercive way of having someone sign a contract - the weirder element to the story is how they actually met, which essentially has a grown Jay Z "scouting" 16 year old girls on a beach.

The "official" story we're supposed to believe is a juvenile Rih Rih somehow went up to him while he was holidaying on the beach and started to sing. Sure jan. :rip: Then he locked her in a boardroom until she signed & flew a minor out of her home country.

Either version of events is giving trafficking, irrespective of the success she went on to have.

nah that felt sinister.. she seemed uncomfortable with Tyra bringing up that part.

men in power should always be looked at closely, let alone when there are little girls in the mix. there were also tons of rumors about jay and rihanna hooking up at the time she got big which isn't great to say the least

What horrible situation? Rihanna still sings Jay-Z's praises to this day. :rip: It's an obvious hyperbolic anecdote, implying that he saw great potential in her and had to take her on, spun in a way that's meant to be humorous.

Spaces like Twitter give benighted, C-minus average 'pundits' too big of a platform to amplify their voices.

You've misunderstood what I meant, I meant the Diddy situation.. suddenly people want to call everybody predators.

What are we supposed to do with this information? I'm confused. I feel like certain people want to see jay z downfall and it seems to be from a place that's not really about any potential victims, which at this point it's just making up whatever they want in their heads to fit a narrative.
