I really hope they don't f*ck this up though... I don't really like the direction they went with her character in Scream 6. Also, I get that she is supposed to be older in S6, but her character seemed different.

I wonder if it'll be ghost face going after the FBI or her trying to stop ghost face from going after a new group of teens. Either way I will be watching to support mah gurl

The Melissa hater is being intentionally dense about the matter.

The fact that you're labeling all Melissa supporters as Anti-semetic -- just for being against human rights violations -- tells me everything I need to know. 

Working with companies that may have political ties isn't equivalent to being fired for speaking out against human rights violations. One is a critique of professional affiliations, while the other is direct censorship for challenging a government's actions. What a stupid take.

Where did I say I'm labeling all of them as antisemetic? The majority aren't and are good people who stand with Palestine (I do as well). I'm just saying that there is a sizeable and abrasive crop of Melissa stans perputating the greedy Jew trope against Neve, using ageist slurs like "hag" as a way to mock her age and appearance, and going as far to wish death on her and everyone involved in 7 as well as those who are excited for the film. It's blatantly hypocritical of them to criticize Neve for working with an anti Palestinian company when Melissa works with Universal who supports Israel as well as being a brand ambassador for Clinique whose parent company (Estee Lauder) literally donates to the IDF. If people want to insinuate that Neve is bathing in blood money for working with Spyglass then Melissa is too for being one of the most prominent faces for a company that uses their proceeds to send Israel weapons to kill Palestinians.

 

There is nothing stopping a Twitter kid with a Samantha Carpenter avatar from showing up on Neve's doorstep with a weapon or attacking a Scream 7 cast or crew member all to avenge that walking charisma vaccum who is staying silent as a majority of her stans are saying the most insidious and repugnant things about Neve and everyone involved in 7. A large number of comments on this forum's thread about Neve's return to 7 are calling her an old greedy ***** and you don't see the issue with the way they're treating her?

All drama aside, I'm really happy to see Hayden booked and busy. 

 

Allegedly of course, her blind life item is horrific and she's really been through it. She's so talented and she was an absolute joy on Nashville. Glad to see she's getting back in the game.

Isn't Hayden like really struggling right now and spiralling because of her brother's passing? She gave an interview recently and she didn't seem ok at all.

I mean, people obviously change. She was a teenager in Scream 4 and 30 years old in Scream VI. And we don't know how her life has been all these years, only like bits and pieces.

I swear, i saw that exact same comment on TikTok just a few minutes ago. She's obviously grieving and may or may not use medication to deal with it, but who knows when they are supposed to start filming. And it's not like struggling people aren't able to work.

 

 

I wonder what the spin-off will be about. It wouldn't make sense to just be about another Ghostface chasing her, so i guess it's just her as a FBI agent solving another murder case?
