The real world isn't a Korean drama, you still need to provide acceptable working conditions

oh im talking about Squid game - The reality game not the series.

Those contestants also complained about the conditions. 

 

I`m a fan of survivor and they has it much worst than what these contestants complaining but it`s what you signed up for. A reality survivor show.

 

But clearly SA is not acceptable in any under conditions, if that was true then the production team should face consequence.

If it were a Bear Grylls-style survivor show then I'd agree, but in that case the contestants would have to sign waivers of some sort because the conditions they'd have to endure would be a workplace violation under any different circumstances. But from the complaint it seems that the contestants were treated worse than whatever documents they signed ever stated.
