I really hope Harris & co. don't heavily promote the celeb endorsements. I think that was one of the major fails of Hilary Clinton's campaign. 
 

anyway Billie is good I don't care what her brother thinks about anything

how is it off? they posted it on National Voter Registration Day, makes total sense.

It was already clear to anyone who know who Billie is that she was supporting Kamala, she has been vocal about these matters (and against trump) for years, even before she could even vote so it's not one bit surprising.
