They are fighting to save their country and people. This is life or death for them, there is no time to argue or fight about their "legal rights" under hamas because as it stands NO PALESTINIANS HAVE RIGHTS AT ALL.

Israel is an occupying state, it has no legitamacy to exist in the first place. I too would join a resistance group, and vote for the party that would do its best to demolish a state like Israel.
