anastaciabby Posted September 14 Posted September 14 Oh wow I didn't know there were so many ignorant uninformed people here, I'm glad there's a majority that see Jill for what she is and I can't believe shes doing what she did to bernie again this election and no that's not anything to do with the green party at all, grassroots movements are what makes change but jill isn't it and i wish the idealists would see that

Low hanging fruit. Plenty of things to criticize Jill about and this isn't one of them. Agitate the political establishment? What does that even mean? What purpose does that serve?

She used to support the Green Party and now she doesn't. Probably because she volunteered with them and saw for herself what a bunch of losers they are. What are all you Jill Stein supporters in this thread doing to build power, by the way? You want to change things, right? So what are YOU doing about that? Voting for Jill Stein and posting about it on the internet? Nice.

Just because someone ran doesn't mean they tried to win, but you don't understand that because you have no political involvements whatsoever. All she does is popping her head out of the ground every 4 years, with no solid platforms beside "**** Kamala Harris". As a political party leader, she uplifts no one but herself in the span of 12 years. 12 bloody ******* years! You can rant "third party suppression" all you want, you can rant that ad nauseam until the cows come home. But try naming one political act that she does *outside* of an election year, quickly. Maybe even midterm? Comparing her party to the UK one is truly moronic I give you that, because they actually work for it all year round and introduce actual changes to their constituents, something Jill doesn't know what that means in over a decade. Her being the Green leader actually *helps* maintaining the 2 party status quo considering how terrible she is. Her defending of Russia invading Ukraine, her siding with RFK Jn (who turns out to be another Trumpster), her headbutting with other progressives and acting like the de facto leader of the movement *unchallenged*. This woman who has a history of peddling conspiracy theories about the Syrian Civil War. Whose running mate in 2016 was Ajuma Baraka, a man who believes Assad is the legitimate, democratically elected president of Syria and who called the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 a false flag. A woman who has a history of soft peddling anti-vaxx bullshit. You know what, I'm sick and tired of dragging this unserious lady. Anyone who follows politics AND doesn't have a blind spot with the size of Russia and China combined can tell you how shady and ineffective Jill Stein is. But sure, you do you. Darling, anyone more mad at Jill Stein than at the people currently enabling a ******* genocide ain't worth of my time so I won't be reading any of that.
If U Seek Amy Posted September 18 Posted September 18 People can criticize AOC all they want, this issue is really more than her. People can blame whatever they want for their third party candidates losing if it helps them sleep at night. I don't really care. Candidates and/or their supporters really aren't as smart as they think they are if their goal is to win elections and they cannot even do that. Who cares if you are some genius if all it leads to is you fighting strangers online doing nothing? Say what you will about AOC or others, they're doing more than most ever will while those people cry online doing nothing for the world
