I don't think so. Conservatives have been listening to Democrat artists and liking Democrat actors and Democrat sports stars and so on for decades. It's easy as a Democrat to boycott Republican stuff but as a Republican it's almost impossible to boycott Democrat stuff and most have come to terms with that a long time ago and accepted it.
