Pendulum Posted September 10 Posted September 10 Half a year into her "mega" stardom and she's already out of touch with the life she used to live once. Some people have to resort to H&M, Chappell. 10 1 4

50thStateofMind Posted September 10 Posted September 10 I understand the hate for fast fashion, but what is the alternative? go broke or be naked? 1 1 1

Some people have to resort to H&M, Chappell. I'm literally a walking H&M billboard these days and I look cute don't @ me. It's not about the brand or how expensive or cheap something is, it's about how you style yourself and if you ain't got style, don't go blaming anybody else. Edited September 10 by Forestboy 1
Cain Posted September 10 Posted September 10 God y'all are so stupid and boring. Chappell is rich and can afford to not go to H&M and not shop fast fashion and she SHOULD, and she should also voice her disdain for an industry greatly helping ruining our planet Just because she does doesn't mean it's an insult to you, she doesn't have to relate to you, and you don't have to relate to her. She doesn't represent you. She's an entertainer (it's also a falsehood btw there's other cheap options besides shopping fast fashion) 9
Thin White Duke Posted September 10 Posted September 10 Some of you have a weird hater boner for that woman, I swear. I don't know what's the situation where you guys live, but no, you don't have to resort to H&M. There's many second hand shops with cheaper, better looking and more quality clothes out there, you're just lazy. So, yeah. **** H&M 3
Maestro Posted September 10 Posted September 10 She's being all righteous now when she's hot, let's see how she fares when she isn't 2 1
ImpressMeMuch Posted September 10 Posted September 10 H&M is one thing but, with how big she is right now she would be very wise to take advantage of some brand deals. Fame like this is fleeting and there have to be some that would align.

Lagerfeld Posted September 10 Posted September 10 (edited) Not everybody likes buying second-hand, especially if it's not vintage luxury. Edited September 10 by Lagerfeld

CottageHore Posted September 11 Posted September 11 I love Chappell but sometimes her "humor" doesn't land well. She's kind of awkward and clunky and I don't feel like, when she's talking, her personality always lands. Like it feels forced and try-hard sometimes but when she just writes and performs, her personality shines. In conclusion- queen, talk less, perform more!
Gojira Posted September 11 Posted September 11 Someone offered her a job. Why not just say, " No thanks." instead of being insufferable? Her ten minutes can't end fast enough. 2 1
Jay07 Posted September 11 Posted September 11 Look I read her entire profile and she comes across as a "prickly" personality. She even says herself she was angry and difficult a lot growing up. That's not inherently bad and at least she's being real instead of the teddy bear persona some popstars project while they're terrors irl.
Elementary Posted September 11 Posted September 11 Regardless of whether or not she's "right", she's so tone deaf and will regret making these bold statements soon enough. She thinks she's being this "relatable" girl but in reality she's biting the hands she's feeding from while the public finds the next it girl to move on to.
Fleahive Posted September 11 Posted September 11 She's very annoying and negative. Everything I've seen about this girl has not been by choice. She needs to get a PR. She will fall off faster than she rose up.
