I don't blame them. That Draghi clown made a mess of Europe while he was President of the ECB all in favour of not letting his home country fall after the crisis and at the expense of other EU governments taking in even more debt.

 

How is he still allowed anywhere near the EU headquarters is a mystery to me.

I think he believes that his country's structural problems can be solved without taking on additional debt. I don't think there's much wrong with borrowing a bit of money, but not too much.
