I don't think this is Gaga's fault, honestly. I blame the premise and structure of the film. A musical(?) about comic book characters is a shaky idea at best  it's a little too artsy-fartsy for the GP.

I think a lot of the 90M comes from the fact that the first Joker overperformed in Europe more than other areas. I agree though, def seems optimistic despite being almost halved from the OG opening week
