She's referring to Colin Kaepernick taking the knee, then Jay-Z/Roc Nation partnering with the NFL to produce the SuperBowl Halftime Show. By saying Jay will say a "certain someone" is being treated unfairly she's referring to him saying Beyoncé is treated unfairly in the industry.

 

She's basically mad that Jay picked Kendrick to do the SB over Wayne/Young Money.

Yet if Lil Wayne were to get on that stage and embarrass himself then I can bet you she's not going to defend him from the online lashings.

 

Super Bowl performances require more than just vibes or whatever the hell Wayne does at his regular degular shows, so Kendrick was the right choice.
