Nah. It clearly wasn't a struggle for him to eat healthy and live a healthy lifestyle before, why would it be now? He only got fat for attention. Even during the times he would post several mukbangs a week he always said he never has fast food off camera and that he wouldn't keep that act up for more than a couple of years.
