Anna Wintour is known for being on time. Naomi Campbell was late and Anna didn't wait for her so she gave the award to Samira Nasr to present it to Naomi.

Understanding that things happen and there may have been other factors as to why she was late. She also had two children now. It should also be noted that Anna is very, VERY familiar with Naomi and her being tardy. It's probably the most unprofessional aspect about Naomi and everyone in the industry has known this years. Including Anna.

 

Something must have happened behind the scenes for Anna to take a swipe at Naomi like that openly. Naomi may have been late and unprofessional but so was Anna to make the remark to begin with. It looks worse for Anna than it does Naomi.

i love naomi but you can just tell she's such an unpleasant person to be around

My friend was assigned to her to help with one of her hotel rooms (she always book 2 hotel rooms one for glam and one to sleep) and the amount of serums,  oils and moisturizer she uses is out of this world. There are little bottles everywhere.

I can be understanding when you're late once because something happened, not when you're late every single time
