But it's always frustrating knowing she's sat on much stronger material that she just won't put out.

This is actually a lovely song. Very lush and a cute bassline 

 

why did she release it literally the last couple days of august ? It's obviously a summer song.

I love the bass line and I find/see myself comeback to this more than a majority of the material on the album. 
 

Hopefully she can stay in an inspired head space and releases consistently.
