This week-old debacle is already over but if you cannot see the other side of the coin, that's your problem. Multiple users have pointed out how she has voluntarily placed herself in situations which further boosted her popularity and development of the parasocial relationship between her and the fans. Talking down to the GP and their fans in a condescending tone or sneaking in her being woman as if men are immune to such fan behaviour is not okay, at least in my eyes, and for an artist of her caliber. Laying low for a week and then posting a Notes app apology would've sufficed but it seems her team is not competent enough.
