It's an entertaining watch for sure, it covers the full timeline of everything that led up to the masters situation, but it is annoyingly biased. It's actually 2 episodes, one of which is "Taylor's Version", which tells the full story and lays out the facts pretty well, but interviews a few fans which adds a layer of fandom and Taylor praise that some people might not care for. Episode two is "Scooter's Version" which feels very biased. It tries to paint him in a better light and makes his argument, which basically just doubles down on the "It was a legal business deal!" (which isn't the point) "She told her fans to send death threats!!", skips over important details and skirts around the whole point. They also give all of this backstory on Scooter with not much about Taylor. I wish they could have done a single doc where they laid out all the facts and didn't try to split it into two episodes on either end of the "feud". It's also interesting that they're simplifying this whole fight into "Taylor vs Scooter" when it has always been more complicated than that. She doesn't hate Scooter because he bought her catalogue (like episode 2 seems to imply)....she had some real issues with him before any of this happened, for some reasons we know and some reasons we don't know. A guy she already saw as an adversary buying her life's work without her knowledge, and without him caring enough to reach out to her or her team beforehand, just added to it. Scott is pretty clearly who she has felt more betrayed and hurt by (My Tears Ricochet describes it well) and I think they could have done a better job emphasizing that. 1
