Nico Robin Posted August 27 Posted August 27 I mean it's not that bad But the first few tracks on the album don't excite me at all from what we've heard so far
Erreur2 La Nature Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Three singles in like 50 days, and she always chooses the worst ones
welham Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Listened to the snippet and it sounds like a very early demo. I'm sorry, but how in the ever living **** does every song in this era so far sound either generic or a downright cheap demo
Mattically Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Why did they just tease Nirvana if they want to release IHHM as a single??
FabForAThrowback Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Idc what anyone says, I really like IHHM snippet, it sounds fresh to me. Tbh I don't understand the (fake) enthusiasm for Nirvana over all the other snippets/songs, I wonder where will you all go when it'll be realesed. I doubt so hard you'll give her your support anyway. 2 1
Petra von Kant Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Doechii, queen, you can do better than that. you don't want grandma KP dragging you along into flopness 1 1 7
truthteller Posted August 27 Posted August 27 i think her fans should really be thankful that she's speed running with singles like it's hard for labels and artists to make a post-album-drop single these days 1
theweekend Posted August 27 Posted August 27 the snippet is ok. the chorus is very lazy like la la di di la da da plsssss 1
Katygato Posted August 27 Posted August 27 I don't ming this song, but the music video is gonna be... something, lol. Spoiler

BlueBlue Posted August 27 Posted August 27 If people didn't liked WW they will be HATE it. I mean she is having nothing to lose at this point. It's kinda a bop

CallumDavies Posted August 28 Posted August 28 (edited) The final instalment in the trilogy of flops But seriously, why does Katy Perry think she can pull this sort of sample off? Not in a rude way but 90s house music doesn't feel authentic to her as an artist at all. If she had done something super creative it could have worked. But this is just dry and sterile. Thor Posted August 28 Posted August 28 I just know the -143 Metacritic thread is gonna be one for the books 11

Compare that to Smile's performance and Witness suddenly seems like a smash album! 1
kos1692 Posted August 28 Posted August 28 Her Britney Jean is coming! (altough in this album, we don't have a strong lead single like WB)

She knows this album will last exactly 3 weeks on BB 200, so this was her way of giving some sort of an "era"

Cqmerqn Posted August 28 Posted August 28 Oh, Katy. This is just embarrassing at this point, surely? She has one of the most insane pop discographies ever and this is what she's releasing? Lazy, cheap and uninspired.
