Spicy_TyTy Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I know they are indie but release it to streaming queens!!
YourFavoriteWeapon Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Can they put it on streaming please? The Next Worst Thing is one of their best songs I wouldn't mind them releasing 78violet's scrapped debut album either.
Kyle-x Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Is the Freak on this album the same one on the Hothouse album?

itshyolee Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I used to love me some Aly & AJ when I was younger, but these prices are crazy as hell. For $99 they better come to my doorstep and personally hand me the vinyl while signing my old copy of Insomniatic before leaving 4
SpaceOddity Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Yeah, I don't get this vinyl only tactic either, it's pretty shitty.

The legal restrictions for pressing the Hollywood Records album to a limited vinyl for their club members are looser than arranging a streaming release where it's perpetually available to all in digital format. They do not have audios up on YouTube of their own and they did not re-record anything - they only remastered for vinyl. They do not own anything and merely got permission from HR for a limited vinyl run. That said, they own the rights to the Hothouse album and could throw it up on streaming any time. They just choose not to. 1
