Round 6 : A Simple Path... after the Bloodbath

Lore

After a rambunctious bunch of troublemakers had their fun with the Survivors,

they leave 3 bloody bodies behind as they cackle the night away.

Dipping back into the darkness in sleek silence, they leave the stunned Survivors trembling.

With the Insane Escapees gone, the remaining players wiggle and squirm with their bindings.

 

After what seemed like an eternity, they were able to whittle down the ropes and spring free.

Now down to only 12, they continue further into the Withering Woods.

With so much Death, all seemed bleak. But hope was not lost, at least for the moment.

The players stumbling along the path, come across mysteriously magical sight.

 

They come upon a mystical rock formation, much to the similarity of Stonehenge.

Rocks and stones seemingly placed in concentric circles.

Symbols, hieroglyphs, and letters stained the stones in an array of chalky colors.

Decoding the messages on these structures were deemed near impossible.

 

A survivor points to the center of the mystical ring of earth.

Occult-like markings surround an inner circle. Spiraling into glittering center point.

Directly in the center of this mesmerizing spiral, something waxy and old.

Something that we may be able to use...

A waxy ancient candle found at a site of mystical power.

It's wick seems oddly warm to the touch.

It's smell has a hint of lavender and ash.
