Leftist former president Alberto Fernandez is now over a scandal in because there leaked information about him stealing funds from insurances and inviting female celebrities to have sex or "meetings" with him while the country was on a heavy lock down. He is also being investigated for vaccinating his friends for COVID-19 over the normal population

Leftist

The way y'all still running with this shite. Not one argentinian government was leftist. Just weaponized social justice as a way to get votes from minorities and the working class. With that logic Macri was leftist too for adding the abortion debate to the legislative agenda for the first time, but all, were right leaning

OP: may he rot!

I agree with this. But let's not act like Peronism doesn't sell themselves as the socialists.

Also the real far left in Argentina is not relevant in a significant way and has supported Peronism in most of the situations.

Center- left would be correct.

Peronism literally sells itself as a third party, an alternative to capitalism and socialism, it originated on the birth of the cold war. The left you talk about is not "far left" it's just left. True leftist ideas, it's not like the far right but gone leftist. That's misleading. And they DEFINITELY do not support peronism in "most of the situations". That's a straight up lie.

Those pictures are disturbing, I really hope she's doing ok.

That's just a fake narrative from the left not be responsible for their actions.

The article and most analysts consider them centre left.
