But I am genuinely curious on how she can have so much vaulted music and still tour extensively. Like she must be working double overtime…. Cuz it's way too much music. but she making money. History and the swifties seem fine with the overbundance of content. So eh The tour is what is providing the content... hence why they are live versions from the tour
AlbumOfTheYear Posted August 9 Posted August 9 (edited) Imagine. How Tired. We Are. Honestly, if they don't compile everything into one release (no matter how many variants come out) then nobody will ever get the full album experience and what's the point in that case? So eh You act like she's actually in the studio to record new music for these "variants" They are either Phone memos or Live recording at the tour 2
UnusualBoy Posted August 9 Posted August 9 I thought y'all would be immune to the variants by now but keep getting riled up over them 1
FENTY. Posted August 9 Posted August 9 I am crying @ those covers. They just be cropping pics then hit the presaved photoshop action 3
starsailor Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Are people really buying these? (nevermind. It's a cult. obvious they are). It's more than vile atm. She and her crew are doing these to impulse her to break all the records possible, and when they achieve their goal, she will do something like "WOW! 50 millions copies sold! I can't believe it! I'm starstruck at you guys! I don't know what I did or if I deserve so much love, but THANK YOU!! ". Meanwhile, her cult is all sobbing with emotion reading this, while their apartment is packed with 100k copies of the album each (and feeling special for it). 3 5

I get that it takes a while to sort everything out and have a statement ready. But girl... 14 hours ago, PieceBy said: They could have wait a week after the cancelled Vienna shows at least… No time for a statement from Taylor's team regarding the cancellation. Only the info from the organizer but they have time to release the new viariants… it hurts a little Honestly I don't think she should. This is ISIS, not some regular terrorists, nobody needs to put a target on their back. A terrorist threat should be enough for people to understand on their own. 1
shookspeare Posted August 9 Posted August 9 I genuinely wonder what kind of psychosis the fans who keep buying the album are suffering from. Taylor's one of my most streamed artists and I even bought the vinyl when TTPD came out, but that was enough for me. It's getting weird 1 1
family.guy123 Posted August 9 Posted August 9 This is where her priorities lie. When someone tells you who they really are believe them. 1 1

Taylor fanboy Posted August 10 Posted August 10 The timing was a little unfortunate but you do you. Some things can't be both done at the same time anyway (i.e. response on Vienna, giving the terror scare the acknowledgment they clearly are desperate for on a global scale).
Skirt Posted August 10 Posted August 10 She knew Ravyn Lenae was about to drop so she had to come up with something real quick. 1
Slap Posted August 10 Posted August 10 I don't follow the charts but does she even need to do this? She's so successful already like who is this for? I feel sorry for the Swifties having to download this ****, unzip the file and add it to their iCloud music library or whatever the **** and then sync it with their phone so they can cry while listening to a live version of a song or a remix? The Swifties are (in a cost of living crisis) buying vinyls, merch, physicals, digital album copies, streaming the living **** out of her albums, buying re-recorded digital and vinyl versions of albums they've already bought, buying exorbitantly overpriced tickets to her concerts - what else does she want from them? I don't get it. I know many Swifties will never criticize her and will defend their right to enjoy this but it's just giving mento illness luv. She doesn't need to go this far in scamming ya'll, her fanbase is one of the most dedicated and loyal in the world and deserve so much less of this desperate BTS level mess because it cheapens an otherwise incredible and remarkable brand she has developed. 2
Maroonx Posted August 10 Posted August 10 this has become such a norm now, i'm not even impressed or shaken x

Cooper Posted August 11 Posted August 11 Queen, keep them coming. Haters gonna hate. These threads are gold.
NextBish90 Posted August 12 Posted August 12 Ok, this is not fun at all. What's going on here? Is this going to stop? Is someone counting these? I think there are more than 100 now.. 1
Baltie Posted August 12 Posted August 12 (edited) I'm sorry, but nothing will ever convince me that this is absolutely necessary for her to do. I don't understand why she needs to separate all these vault tracks, live versions, phone memos, or whatever and package them into separate albums. Why couldn't she just release an album with everything in it already? Taylor and her team are absolutely obsessed with charts and records, and milking her fanbase dry. She's already on top of the world. Okay fine, she's blocking Kanye, but I feel like she's beating a dead horse already... These variants need to stop. Edited August 12 by Baltie
Le Grande Posted August 13 Posted August 13 Blandie strikes again! Fabricated success, bought awards and acclaim, no real hits outside of Anglosphere, lunatic fans, etc.
