As since her new album will be a bland country-pop record, I can see Bouquet debuting at the top 15 at least. Now Mr. Mendes, otherwise... 1
madonnafan18 Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Not a good sign. They should have just released the album and had him re-release it later with more songs added. At this point, it won't make much of a difference in sales. 1
Elementary Posted October 10 Posted October 10 The absolute lack of artistic integrity to pospone a whole album just because the singles flopped and the label thinks they can come up with a quick little single in a month. His music is disposable coffee shop background noise but this a new low. 3 6

ahauntingnearu Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Would anyone have even noticed without the announcement 2
Starfish Posted October 10 Posted October 10 He heard Gaga is coming on the 18th and knew he would be overshadowed.
Dolce Vita Posted October 10 Posted October 10 why does his label expect a hit from him…he peaked in like 2019. nobody expects him to be doing numbers anymore. he should be consistently releasing for the last remaining people that care about him
Navyofbadgals Posted October 10 Posted October 10 doing all this for a basic guitar singer songwriter album with superficial lyrics.. i have to giggle just a little
mike_int Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Well, all physicals are already produced so the only thing they can do is add few songs for digital deluxe version, or announce deluxe edition but people will have to wait for physicals
alexrex Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Just sober up, come to terms with whatever is holding you back in life and release some honest music. Thus industry truly is the devil. 8
Polgg48 Posted October 10 Posted October 10 doesnt matter whether he drops album on tomorrow or next year, just release it
Mr. Duff Posted October 10 Posted October 10 This will flop harder then. I actually enjoyed Why Why Why and Nobody Knows. it felt like a genuine arts not charts project until this pushback. Now it feels inauthentic. I love Shawn and has always supported his music but this is not it. So much for my personal hype for this album being gone (well diminished because I will still listen).
Spicy Pisces Posted October 10 Posted October 10 He seems so lost. Just release what you got and work on a deluxe. No wonder his fans feel constantly disrespected as consumers.
Truth Teller Posted October 10 Posted October 10 One month is not enough time to save the era or his career but it is enough time to replace that Hallelujah cover y'all are talking about with anything else. He has 28 days to come up with literally any other song that will be less of a career ender and a sacrilegious crime to music than him meowing one of the best known and most covered songs of all time. Hope he uses it wisely 1
AvadaKedavra Posted October 10 Posted October 10 (edited) If he's smart he will write some songs about Sabrina Pop girls are always destroying the characters of the guys they date Its time for some drama coming from the pop boys too. I love Sabrina but Expose her to be the bigger person is boring. She ruined the rollout of your record and now youre seen as dumb, messy and a liar. I Want some sabri tea even if im a fan If he's smart maybe he will have a feat with Camila Edited October 10 by AvadaKedavra 1 2 1
HeavyMetalAura Posted October 10 Posted October 10 A lot of you guys are blaming him, saying he seems lost, saying his artistic integrity is compromised, etc… I feel like this has absolutely nothing to do with him, though. I could be wrong, but I'm sure the label has final say on when they release a product because they are the ones funding it and who will take the financial loss when it bombs. Give the poor guy a break, this might not be his decision.
