Mr. Duff Posted September 11 Posted September 11 So Long, London Such a beautiful sad song. Deserves higher, like all of the TTPD tracks.
Mr. Duff Posted September 11 Posted September 11 Hoax is so beautiful but I honestly thought it wouldn't make the top 100, so going to 91 is amazing

?????? Posted September 12 Posted September 12 GAS being the only TTPD sing in top 60 is WILD Would've put ATW/Enchanted over Style but would say this is an expected top 3

skizzo Posted September 12 Posted September 12 (edited) Wow, going through 400 pages was tough Very solid top10, and "Style" makes a perfect winner. Not my favorite on 1989 ("This Love" is), but its the best single for sure. Surprised New Romantics was that high, find it a tad overrated. Pleasantly surprised to see "Tolerate It" and "Tis The Damn Season" in the top20. I love Evermore. Not surprised to see "WCS" as the highest Midnights song, but I dont think its anywhere near as good as "YOYOK" or "Maroon". Glad to see the best TTPD song "GAS" smash into the top20, absolutely deserved from what is otherwise, an underwhelming album imo. Justice for "Dress", "Coney Island", "Peace", "Glitch", "Dear Reader", "Hoax", "Don't You", "Timeless", "King Of My Heart", "Never Grow Up", "loml", "Starlight", "This Love", "Down Bad" and "SlVt!". All deserved to be much higher. By the way, I find the concept of "sabotaging" songs really stupid tbh. Just rate the songs how you actually feel they deserve to be rated. Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Dress is too low, one of the nicer songs in Reputation Deserves to be higher than Look What You Made Me Do, let's be real
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 IBYTAM - how is this so high? It's a good country song but really, how is it above the better Red country tracks? And among other amazing songs that didn;t rank in the top 100? Now Afterglow is a highlight! Can't believe it's not top 50! Now I can feel that Cruel Summer and Cornelia Street might not even be top 20, ugh. Lover is so good it's so misunderstood.
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 This Love is sooo high, I didn't expect this, but I'm pleasantly surprised. It's one of the 1989 underrated tracks that I really gravitate and come back all the time, really beautiful song. The TV glow up is astounding!
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Tearsdrops is pretty, but I'd say it's a fair placement. I don't think anything from Debut is top 80 material.
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 I can See You is a bop, but it pretty much overstayed. Don't think this is top 100 material at all!
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 NOOOOOO False God should have been above Lover and Miss Americana from Lover, and above multiple remaining songs from Rep, Speak Now and 1989. It's the perfect sultry song, THE ULTIMATE Taylor ovulation song.
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Nothing New is soo good.I think it's a fair placement but considering what else is still there, it should have been higher!
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 So High School is really good too, I would place it just below the top 50 but this is fair. I honestly thought it would be so hated but I'm glad it at least got top 100. Too bad it's one place shy of the top 80.
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT??? How is But Daddy I Love Him so low??? It's one of my almost 11s and I was so confident it would at least be top 20. The TTPD haters are in full control, ugh. I will sabotage the other albums in the next rate, I PROMISE. BDILH is God-tier track, it's a masterpiece that for 5 minutes you don't ever feel like it's dragging, and the story telling is top notch. THIS IS ABSURD. I HATE IT HERE. THE **** IS WWRONG WITH Y'ALL. I wonder if any TTPD song ever got top 50 at this point. I AM ******* FURIOUS!
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 The Black Dog is so low too I can't take this anymore. TTPD haters y'all will have to deal with this atrocity one day!
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Forever & Always is so overrated. It's cute but how is it better than the TTPD tracks, False God or Afterglow???
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 the lakes The perfect moody song while walking in, well, the lakes. I would put it in the top 50 to be honest, it's so good.
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Look What You Made Me Do is a great lead, but it's too overrated. I would put it above 100 but below 90. At least it's not top 50.
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Miss American is so high This is probably the Eras Tour effect because nobody cared for this song before the tour
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 ANOTHETTPD Lashing Why is loml so low????? You guys don't appreciate a masterpiece
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Nobody gets I Knew You Were Trouble - it's such a brilliant EDM track that Taylor has pulled off amazingly. It's so catchy and I must say it's so much better than a lot of her pop singles, but of course nobody will agree. I didn't excpect it to be top 50 based on the amount of haters but it definitely deserves top 50, top 20 is where I'd put it. Such a flawless track! And the performance in the Eras Tour is soooo gooood and she looks like a badass!
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 All You Had to do was Stay, albeit a cute pop song, overstayed. Lavender Haze I love this song so much and I know not a lot understand its greatness so it's a pleasant surprise to see it top 70. The Great War I love this as well but I think it's placement is fair. Hits Different is such a great song and deserves top 70, but I'm just surprised that it held on so long compared to You're Losing Me, which I believe is the better song and the bonus song off Midnights.
Mr. Duff Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Better Than Revenge this high???? HOW???? It's one of those songs I cannot stand, and the TV didn't even give it justice to be honest. I'm in awe, not in a good way. Should;ve been out 100 spots ago.
