Honestly I was watching it as if she's admiring the quality and being sarcastic to large majority of people who are ignorant about Africa. But who knows with her.

 

American groceries are generally low quality & quantity driven (Walmart, Dollar General) over your more quality but pricier options (Sprouts, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, etc.).
