James_Dean Posted July 24 Posted July 24 Quote In the early 1960s, 19-year-old Bob Dylan arrives in New York with his guitar and revolutionary talent, destined to change the course of American music. Forming his most intimate relationships during his rise to fame, he grows restless with the folk movement, making a controversial choice that reverberates worldwide.

X~MoviePoP Posted July 24 Posted July 24 I can see him getting that 5th slot but i dont see any oscar clips yet from the trailer. He needs a crying scene
ATRL Moderator feelslikeadream Posted July 24 ATRL Moderator Posted July 24 I won't be watching (cause I don't care for biopics), but the trailer makes it look like he'll give a good performance. Only issue is they shouldn't have any scenes with him wearing a hat, cause it's the hair that most helps him look like Dylan

Wicked Posted December 11 Posted December 11 Hype. Don't think a traditional biopic can properly capture someone with the lore of Bob Dylan but it'll be enjoyable for fans maybe. 1
James_Dean Posted Thursday at 04:33 AM Author Posted Thursday at 04:33 AM I'm so annoyed. I went to the advanced IMAX screening this evening and the projector kept glitching as soon as the film started- they ended up cancelled the viewing And the IMAX showings were apparently for one night only??
Johnny Jacobs Posted Thursday at 08:05 AM Posted Thursday at 08:05 AM Yeah.. Did was a boring mess. Timothy was fine but i dont think it was oscar worthy at all. I dont get the hype around it.
