Miley right now has the potential to have one the best superbowls ever 

 

Her charisma is on its peak and only to think Flowers , PITUSA , The Climb and Wrecking Ball live on Superbowl gives you chills ( imagine to consider Dolly as a guest ) 

 

This is a hardcore American event and i couldn't imagine of a better choice . But im not sure if she would do it . The pressure is real

Plus isn't every other year a pop girl one? It's Miley's time. I think the only holdup could be if she refuses to do it like she refuses to do everything lse.

half time show is about entertaining audience for 15 minutes... not some coming of age oldie popstar getting her flowers in the final years of her career.. If any new artist who has 4-5 well known songs wants to perform whats wrong with that.. Better than wasting the opportunities on someone like maroon5 or usher whose performances were forgotten by the end of the game.

How would the ones I mentioned not entertain? Their songs are actually still listened to today. Stop being an ageist! The halftime in 2020 and 2022 are the most watched! Just because a new artist has 4-5 well known songs that doesn't make them fit for superbowl. You can't tell me in comparison with Miley you'd prefer Harry, because if you do I rest my case and you made your point you have nothing to do with music and what the halftime is about

I've been saying for months that it will either be Miley or Ariana.

 

The Super Bowl is quite consistent with going Female/Male/Female/Male (etc) for half-time performers.

 

Last year was Rihanna. This year was Usher. Next year it will be a woman's world, and we'll be lucky to be watching it.

 

Ariana has the benefit of it being the only Super Bowl performance that will be in between Wicked Part 1 & 2. Cynthia would be an amazing guest and they could do so much for Defying Gravity. That could kinda distract from Ariana's discography outside of Wicked though.

 

lowk, Miley's Grammys performance kinda felt like an audition for it.

 

If they're eyeing Miley and she's scheduled for a new album anyway, then she seems like the obvious choice.

There's never been a more obvious choice than Miley. Everything is primed for her to deliver an epic, career defining halftime show. I'm getting chills just imagining the stadium of 100,000 belting out PITUSA, Wrecking Ball and Flowers.

That's a wild take. She has more than enough hits and is one of the most known household names in the past 15 years. She has four universally known semi-classics (Flowers, PITUSA, Wrecking Ball, The Climb) plus a glut of other known hits (We Can't Stop, See You Again, Angels Like You, Midnight Sky, 7 Things, Used to be Young)
