I can totally see her doing it and SMASHING, but i don't think the NFL starts these negotiations until later in the year. The announcement usually comes out the last week of September, and they're not gonna risk early leaks like this. So I'm taking this with a grain of salt (while keeping my fingers crossed!)

if by generation you mean musicians born in 1992-93 well apart from Selena or Demi who she objectively outperforms in several ways, there are a lot of others, like Sam Smith, Charli xcx, Kim Petras, Nick Jonas, Cardi B, Tori Kelly, Zayn, Tinashe, Anitta, Chance the Rapper, Morgan Wallen, Kane Brown, Julia Michaels, Meghan Trainor, all whom are behind her in terms of performance skills and charisma on stage.
