Kylie Minogue, Bebe Rexha & Tove Lo - "My Oh My"

Popboi.

Recommended Posts

Yeah, well ... another mediocre featuring :/

1) the la la la melody is very similar to Blue (Da Ba De)

2) Kylie and Bebe vocals are so terribly compressed its almost comical

3) The main synth-bass line is very reminiscent to "Padam" but compressed and reverbeb

It could be great if the production was better and more rich and vocal was not so compressed

Tove's ad libs during the final chorus is my favorite part.

Imo she saved the song because Kylie's and Bebe's vocals are so processed due to the pitch.

I get what they were trying to do but they did way too much with the vocal production that everyone sounds drowned out. The La's aren't doing what they think they are either.

It's crazy considering Bebe was like "just heard the final mix, it sounds great" :rip:

Love Kylie and Tove but this is as generic as any Bebe Rexha song :rip: tragic.

The bones of a good bop are present, but some baffling production choices. I don't mind the compressed vocals, but they needed to be contrastred with a heavier beat.

I does really sound like a Europop song of days gone by.

Tbh without Bebe and Tove this song would not work for me. They elevate it so hard.

Tea so disappointing for a Steve Macsus production

It's hard to tell who is singing where in this song for some reason even after they are saying names

Mindless summer bop. Not my favorite Kylie song by any means, but it's catchy.

I don't necessarily want the next album to sound like this, but it's fine for a Tension rerelease.

It's a cute little bop. I don't know what you all were expecting. She is probably saving the srtong material for the next studio album.

Hmmm. It's okay, but the mixing is weird. It seems almost designed for Tove's voice, leaving Kylie and Bebe's tracks to sound a bit off.

The mixing is horrible. It's like unlistenable.
