The real trinity is Barcelona, Budapest, and Prague :gaycat2:

Hmmm as someone who lives in London and has visited all the European capital cities, etc, the the third member of the trinity would have to be Barcelona

I'd say Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, or Amsterdam.

Rome and it's not even a question

Rome (though Berlin and Amsterdam are worthy additions).

At the bottom of anybody's list should be Moscow. It's simply unsafe for any Westerner (particularly those from a NATO participating country) to visit there anymore.

Moscow is the only right answer.

Paris and London's significance together is only one thing: that they are huge and dominant in every aspect. This is the result of the historically centralized nature of their respective countries France and Britian. The only other large city that has similar significance in both size and relative significance is Moscow.

Rome is not as dominant in Italy despite it's trump card (ancient history and religious significance). Milan trumps rome in industry and fashion, The cultural capital of Italy is Florence. Everything from language to art is dominated by the Tuscan capital. Berlin is also similar in that aspect — Germany is a highly de-centralized country. Berlin doesn't even have the biggest airport never mind other things.

There are other cities that are singluarly important (like Prague and Brussels) but they aren't large enough.

Rome, Munich, Vienna - a trinity on their own :heart2:

Moscow because it is the only other European capital that is represented in the permanent 5 of the UN Security Council.

Rome purely for fame

All those sterile options like Barcelona and Milan :rip: Europe does not end with Austria or Germany. Where's the representation y'all are keen on?

Istanbul is the only plausible answer.

Hm I would say Rome, Berlin or Amsterdam

Not that shithole of Milan being mentioned :rip:be serious.

OT: Berlin, which also DEVOURS Paris imo.

Berlin is fug and is the city version of a Charli XCX fan :noparty:

I'm picking Barcelona.

It's Rome for sure.

Have been to all three. Haven't visited Spain yet but I imagine Barcelona and Madrid are lagging just behind. :clap3:

Moscow

Known for its famous windows, that people keep inexplicably fatally falling out of.

Tough between Madrid and Barcelona.
