Murder on the dancfloor and Unwritten being there feels so surreal. :rip:

Not someone being called Mark Ambor, I thought for a second that it was Amber Mark and got excited.

Eminem's Houdini should be on this list. It was #1 for 2 weeks and is currently still top 10 a month later:coffee2:

Yeah I don't know what the criteria is for this list cuz half these songs weren't even released in 2024

When this song was first becoming a hit a couple of months back this was my same thought process :deadbanana4:

Why have you bolded Taylor Swift's songs? Even if you were only wanting to highlight ATRL's pop girls there's others on there that this site likes. Weird.

That's what happens when you have the most songs on the chart...:bird:

The lack of recurrent rules on the UK Charts makes their lists so unserious. Fair enough for "Murder On The Dancefloor" and "Unwritten" which got legit resurgences, but "Mr. Brightside" and especially Fleetwood Mac's "Everywhere" have no business being here.

I know the UK Charts, unlike Billboard, only wants to reflect the best selling songs on a given year, but for those who appreciate Year-End lists as highlighting the biggest hit songs of any given year this is beyond inconvenient.

Houdini being so low is tragic considering UK's one of her biggest markets. :rip:

You'd expect this from US stats...

Greedy also feels bigger than Cruel Summer for me :gaycat7:

I'm sure the numbers reflect the top hits in a deadline where Houdini still wasn't on the list but I'm sure it will because it has only certified silver and has yet to reach the gold status which the song on the list almost got.

Same with Please, Please, Please which actually could end up in the top 15 considering the slayage it's experiencing
