It's the discrepancy between kworb and the official Spotify Artist chart that's making Megan's streams look frauded. Megan got 15.8M streams, yet she charted below Katy on Spotify's own Artist chart who's getting 8.7M streams. That means almost half of Megan's overall streams were filtered out, which is unheard of.
