The worst part? The song is actually good, it's a good diss track with great production and aged amazing specially now that so many people are doing that sound. In fact all singles from that era were good. It's everything else that was messy. From performances, some of the videos, etc. You could tell Katy wasn't in a good place mentally. She seems much better now!

But what's crazy is that this performance was in May, but Swish Swish didn't come out until like September. They probably shot the video ahead of time but from a PR perspective seeing how people reacted to the SNL performances, why would she double down on the memes and that type of tone??  A true mess
