Independently released just before the pandemic, Songs For You was Tinashe's first album release after leaving the major label system.

Ugh yes! When I finally saw her during the 333 Tour I thought about how a slow, grand entrance of Life's Too Short would've been the perfect way to open Tour For You :gaycat6:

In an ideal world she would be pressing her mixtapes but she has to buy the rights for the samples etc. and Aquarius, but we know RCA are RATS.

That's incredible, the fact most of that money is going directly into her pockets too, probably earning more royalties with this album alone than some artists with major label albums. :clap3:
