pride4jc1222 Posted June 15 Posted June 15 The song was the band's breakout hit, peaking at #8 on the Hot 100 and topping both the ARIA and UK charts during the summer of 2003: 1
family.guy123 Posted June 15 Posted June 15 This song could solve world peace I swear. All world leaders need to listen to these lyrics
Galah Posted June 15 Posted June 15 I'm surprised more of their hits haven't reached this milestone already tbh. They were literally at the top of the world during the peak of the digital era. "Boom Boom Pow" and "My Humps" especially have way less streams than I was anticipating (<400M). 1
Genius1111 Posted June 15 Posted June 15 (edited) Oh damn, the song is 21 years old. I feel ancient! A pity that it only peaked at #8 on the Hot 100 back then, and it was an urban song in a period of time when urban songs dominated the Hot 100. Sometimes I forget how many great classics 2003 had. Crazy In Love, I'm With You, Miss Independent, Intuition, There's Gotta Be More To Life, Beautiful, Unwell, White Flag, So Yesterday, Cry Me A River etc. Edited June 15 by Genius1111 1
