It's very expensive and not cost-effective to make an album this way. The only artist with the privilege of making an album like this is Beyonce because Jay-Z has been supporting her career since she was a teenager. That's why she could make MVs for so many songs in her early albums while her peers had to settle for a few.

The only thing that keeps her from being a 10/10 for me is the whole songwriting thing. And before anyone comes for me, no I do not think artists have to write their own songs to be considered "real artists", that isn't my issue. My issue is her always taking a credit for songwriting even on songs she either barely contributed to or just straight up didn't contribute to. No other pop star does this, at least not to that extent, and something about it has always been very off-putting. And I'll even add that I know Beyoncé has written songs before (and they're good!), so it's not like she's incapable in that area. 
 

That's just the one thing that has always bothered me about her, but on every other front she's objectively one of the most talented mainstream artists we've ever had.

The quality of her talent is definitely a 10/10. All that she does, she does exceptionally well—virtually surpassing everyone. Her only rivals in that regard are the legends that have come before her, such as Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Prince, etc.

 

Even still, I would like to see her expand her talent and learn how to play more instruments. That's basically the only thing she could do to become a better version of herself and grow as an artist, at this point. She's the full package.

That kind of talent was a needle in a haystack in the 00's generation where you didn't need TALENT to be popular anymore.

 What singles are you speaking about? I can't remember any other than As It Was and that's only because it was so forced and overplayed.  MIDnights is mid, it doesn't matter if it was solo written or 200 writers. Both of their wins are a mess, it's like teen choice award wins, not Grammys. If there is a list of the best Grammy AOTY wins, neither would be near the top. The fact you think writing your own music means it's automatically good, when it doesn't. It's just used as an excuse to drag others. Some of the best songs ever are not written by the artist and guess what, they need someone to sing them, yet you would put them down because it's not all done by the artist. 
 

Lots of artists use writing camps, yet the output is rubbish each time. They have lots of money to create something just as good as what Beyonce does, but they can't do it.

I voted 10. Her natural born talent is once in a generation. The hard work she has put in also clearly shows. For balance of singing and dancing only Tina Turner comes close.

Effort: 10 even if the dance moves aren't complex she puts her 110%.
