This is mainly what the French are waiting for because the country is increasingly criminalized. I'm not saying they'll do better, but if they climb so spectacularly, there's a reason for it. 1 5
Antonini Posted June 10 Posted June 10 They want to keep Europe Majority white. That's what's happening. And it's cuz of the the other world superpowers causing disruption in the middle east and elsewhere in the world and the people that are forced to leave head to Europe, not to the countries causing the chaos in their homes.
PoisonPill Posted June 10 Posted June 10 18 hours ago, Archetype said: What is the driving reason behind the shift to the right? Immigration? Or are there other major reasons? Seems odd for this to be a larger EU trend to be a one-off issue. Largely the massive waves immigration into Western Europe in the past 10 years and the perceived rise in crime, reordering of the social structure and shifting of cultural values.
Glam Posted June 10 Posted June 10 Us in the center-right have been warning y'all since 2016 but you didn't listen since you seem to know everything. Now this is what happens.

AvadaKedavra Posted June 10 Posted June 10 This is honestly very predictable. Only the people who live in a hivemind with little self criticism and with a very desilusional view of the world are not able to see the issue here We failed. We were leaded by the wrong people. Now we have to pay the consequences 2
ClashAndBurn Posted June 10 Posted June 10 The inevitable outcome of Joe Biden/Macron-branded empty, dead-end neoliberalism. An ascendant far right. 1
Cloudy Posted June 11 Posted June 11 I am honestly so sad and scared about where Europe as well as my country is heading in the upcoming elections... 1
SlowGinFizzzz Posted June 11 Posted June 11 This is not going to end well for Macron. And it looks like he's aware of that:
A.R.L Posted June 11 Posted June 11 Every European country that votes for the right party, will drastically change to left in the next elections At least this is what happens here in Spain all the time. The right wins then people turn to the left in the next elections, tbh both have their strengths and weaknesses and both are soooo important to have from time to time. 1
P.O.P Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Marine Le Pen has been losing elections like what, 178 times already. Her being elected, after hearing loud NONs from French people many times says more about Macron than her. Politicians better come up with something else than "the other party is devil so vote for me"
Bocanada Posted June 18 Posted June 18 (edited) He basically says "vote Macron" while half of the country wants to get rid of him lol All football players are criticized for their positions because they are mostly out of touch with reality. I mean, he earns millions and lives happily in Spain.. There are 3 political trends right now: Ensemble (Macron), Rassemblement National (LePen, but Zemmour alliance failed) and Nouveau Front Populaire (all left united). The last two are very close according to the polls Edited June 18 by Bocanada 1
