That explains why Don't I Make It Look Easy didn't get singles release.  It is screamimg radio hit after the Made You Look momentum,  but they released that cringe song Mother because it sounded like a Tiktok meme  and it ruined her momentum yet again

Ironic that she was actually showing some signs of artistic evolution with songs like Wave and Foolish, but threw that all in the bin for some cheap quick hits. Now the label doesn't wanna promote the basic music anymore
