I mean same (yay for her tbh), but I just don't have money for it/& my insurance won't cover it, otherwise I'd have an appointment a week truthfully. Listen it's good to talk it out in a healthy way. Life is hard, easy, amazing, devastating, aligning, confusing all at once, truthfully therapy is good for everyone.

Therapy isn't about having your a$$ licked/getting a pat on the shoulders tho... Maybe she has met bad psychhologists which is not uncommon even for people with resources like her, but she's missing the point anyway.
