The show takes nine men to a beach house in order to find love. For a month, they live together and take turns working shifts at a coffee truck, forging deep friendships and learning about themselves along the way.

The show will also be hosted by an eclectic mix of personalities including Megumi, Horan Chiaki, Thelma Aoyama, drag queen Durian Lollobrigida and Yoshimi Tokui.

Starting July 9, new episodes will be released every Tuesday, with a total of 10 episodes over four weeks.

It's giving Terrace House vibes mixed with Real World.

I'll watch :gaycat2:

If this is successful, they should franchise it and have versions in a bunch of different countries.

Really liked the first 3 episodes but cannot stand Shun. Don't get at all why Dai is pining for him so much.

I AM SO OVER THE DAI AND SHUN SHOW but the ending of the third episode had us screaming on the couch! Justice for Taehon. Why isn't anyone interested in him?!

Love love love the commentators. If you love this show and its format, go watch Terrace House (also on Netflix, also a Japanese show where strangers live together in a house).

Awww Uzak :cries: The trade of the group, I hope he's very happy.

Shun still gets on my last nerve. I prefer Dai with the new guy anyway but Dai will always find his way back to Shun. Alan easily to me has the best personality of the group.

Shun is not ready for a show like this :rip:

Alan's spa scene omg :flame:

Kazuto juggling D left and right

Usak :cries:

Not sure how I feel about the new guy yet, but I like the format of bringing in new cast members mid season to shake things up.

They are all so soft, not like in a bad way.

Shun is a hopeless romantic. A bit weird to hold so much weight against nudes, but whatever.

I can't believe Shun is the standard of confidence in Japan. I thought he was very insecure and timid, so it came as a complete shock one of them thought he was very confident...

I love this show, it's so much different than any other dating show. I like that they have to work shifts together. I just wished none of them would leave for their dayjobs.

Been watching too and surprised I'm sticking around because at times (mostly the beginning) it was very slow pace and sterile. But they're messy in their own way, I guess. This would be fire if it were a Brazil, UK and US version which I hope but doubt.

Shun is quite irritating, like I would punch the **** out of him for all these games he's playing. Dai deserves better.

Uzak's insecurities frustrated me, like look at you Sir. You could have bagged anyone of them.

Dai, Gensei and Alan >>> and the new guy seems like he's going to be good.

Lord last episode was wild.

Alan forcing physical touch, Uzak being so raw and honest, that weird guy that texted him while he was on a date, Shun said it's exhausting to be around you.

I know it's none of my business, but I'm very curious about which positions everyone is.
