This girl named Stereopolina she's from St. Petersbutg and she started her career like 6 years ago and she literally maked her music in her room. I found her on occasion but gosh she is AMAZING. She's making quite remarkable electronic pop but still not many people know about her. Here's my favorite album from her but since then she released two more so you might be interested. This one giving AOTY if grammys were reflecting the fullness and depth of the music industry 1
