80% sold 1 month before the start day. Im not seeing an issue here. you are tyring to make an issue where there isnt one.

You are a hater plain and simple.

there is no reasoning with someone like you.

You are very welcomed to read my tour breakdown on page 4:

Just checked before everything gets removed from Ticketmasters:
Anaheim, Chicago, Newark, Belmont, DC, Toronto (2 shows) sold out

The rest is a complete disaster:

Note: This is exactly right after her announcement of cancellation

Orlando - the first night, not bad but ticket starts from $59 which is cheap under the post-pandemic tour gross boom

Then let's start with the 2 night tragedy of Miami consecutive shows. Not sure why she added a 2nd date in, she's not Shakira

444945149_3184789138322875_1969607052095

Then it's a row of disaster across the West Coast and Texas with cheap tickets still available to purchase

444480788_3184790111656111_8402889704355

Imagine even flopping in LA

447206691_3184792118322577_6998096633637

This one looks like 80% UNSOLD

444469533_3184792528322536_9606207259452

The pattern of the remaining seats on the upper floor looks so weird, I believe some seats are hided

And here we go, a series of flop shows

444487315_3184792634989192_6184653398646

444487866_3184792764989179_8941730626621
Pittsburgh? Is this even 30% sold? Imagine performing in front of multiple blocks of empty seats

444490072_3184792911655831_3664441515770

442480461_3184793014989154_5489674490833

The 1st NYC show looks okay but the 2nd one is terribly sold

444485706_3184793144989141_1282081431640

444929180_3184793258322463_8884064660345

Please be reminded all these tickets were still available despite of pricing at $40, $50, $60. This tour performs VERY BAD in ticket sales.

Any comments? @DanceAgain

There's a nostalgia movement for that era that's starting now, like it or not.

I believe another On The Floor and dance driven project could help her to revamp her artistic persona, especially in Europe.

The US is not supporting her at the moment, focusing on Europe for a while would make much more sense to me than another urban-influenced record, since that's literally what (many) American artists have been doing for a decade now in terms of sound.

She didn't care about Europe for over a decade. Her last tour did not even reach major markets in Europe (France, Germany, UK, Italy) except Spain.

Because she knows the demand is not really there

She sucks at singing live and her live voice doesnt sound like her studio voice. Milli vanilli teas...or they really changed up her voice and used ghost singers or music software to turn her off key singing into proper singing. And of course used all the background vocals.

There is no way that this was cancelled because of personal reasons. It was obviously struggling and there were signs for that this whole time. She is super professional, she wouldn't cancel if that was not needed. And to actually cancel the whole thing, it must have been doing terribly bad.

they got her, gal!

she was in rehearsals tho just last week (?), plus 71% wasn't bad for them to cancel just because of the hate train.

the divorce rumours are prolly true, maybe they want to work it out.

I am not sure why it's being reported to be 70% sold out, cause as you can see  in the screenshots provided from Ticketmaster, it looks more like it was in the 50-60% range. The number seems a biT odd

This place dog piles on everyone. It's nothing new and people need to stop acting like they're above it.

her acting career will flourish more now that she can finally close this music chapter of her life and focus on what she was always great at: ACTING.

I feel bad for JLo. She just has too much going on in both her personal and professional life. This all has to be extremely stressful.

As a Mariah stan, the hate train is so undeserved and hating JLo is only really funny when MC does it. All of the things that people criticize her for online (the background vocals, "stealing" songs, etc) were just more industry standard things from that time, plenty of artists did it. And really so what if she has a huge ego and rumors of a nasty attitude? All the divas in the industry do!

As for the sales, her team should have booked her for a mostly theatre tour. She is a great performer, but if her last headlining tour struggled a bit at first too, they should have booked her for arenas in latino-dominated cities and theaters everywhere else. It's been a decade since her last release, and even she acknowledged no one was clamoring for a JLo album. At the end of the day, she still has a general audience that would pack smaller venues. I'm not a fan, but even I was looking at tickets yesterday for the Kia Forum show and would've bought a ticket closer to the date because I know she puts on a good show.

With that said, hopefully this cancellation makes these damn touring companies lower their prices. Price gouging these tickets is not gonna help anybody in the end and with the way the economy is, they can't keep charging $700+ floor seats for every arena act.

And she only has herself to blame for putting it all on display.

She would have to be mindful of Zoom's participant limits. A Basic account might be enough but she should get a Business account just to be on the safe side.

Quote

Account types and participant limit

By default, these are the meeting participant limit per account type:

  • Basic (free or free with credit card): 100 participants
  • Pro: 100 participants
  • Business: 300 participants
  • Enterprise: 500 participants
  • (Optional) Add-ons: 500 participants ; 1,000 Participants

ATRL always loves to see women fail :biblio:

Like, she might be a mediocre vocalist but her stage presence and dancing skills make up for that... not every artist can relate

Damn! I know she's multi millionaire and everything and she's gonna be just fine but everything is not going her way this year. I can imagine how excited she was before the year, knowing she will have a new album, a movie and a tour coming out. She was so ready to prove herself and everyone that age won't hinder your success and peak. Then, everything just crumbles in front of her. Not only is she not getting praises for the hard work and projects, but instead, the whole world is against her. It seems the more she tries the more people drag her down.
