But for real performers, like Beyoncé, 3 hours feels like 1.5

Beyoncé only had like 2 shows that lasted over 3 hours at the very beginning of her tour and then she cut songs after receiving all the good press and praise for having a 3-hour+ long show. So not really comparable anyway considering this doesn't apply to the vast majority of her tour

I truly don't think it's that deep. Concerts have indeed been getting longer (and insanely expensive) since the post-Covid boom. It's demanding for everyone involved, I get why she wouldn't want to do it. The variants mess thread is entertaining and gave me a good chuckle, but there's no need to be extra.
