They really need to hit up the professional sports leagues to make this number higher. College sports have long been the talent development system of the pro sports, with no cost to the pro teams.

They already (basically) do this, so this ruling will have practically no effect on college sports IMO unless other things change too. It’s nice to see collegiate athletes treated properly.
