Taylor is likely shipping 20-30k signed CDs, 40-50k BDILH acoustic special edition CDs, and just dropped THREE digital albums with an exclusive voice memo version on each one, all also being "shipped" tomorrow for tracking purpose. Taylor is going to easily do 350-400k for the same tracking week as Billie. It's very obvious what her team is doing. Damn I am out of the loop. Billie get your stans in gear!
storminthedark Posted May 17 Posted May 17 3 minutes ago, Kyoto said: It seems like her team might test BIRDS in the UK. They add it to playlists there. I think it could be a successful single. Lunch is a good lead for the summer but BOAF feels primed to smash if they push it correctly 2

Bittersuite - I love how atmospheric this album is, it really transports me to some ethereal place The most unusual track on the album (in a good way). The switches aren't jarring at all, they feel organic. This is adventurous. This is art. I'm waiting for it to drop here but this is exactly what I was hoping for bolded part has me so excited Spirited Away being my favorite movie and everyone saying Chihiro is a collapse i need this album in my veins

I've said what I need to on this, and if what they're trying to do ends up working - good for them. Billie will ALWAYS have the last laugh in this kind of situation. 2
Migs30283 Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Now on my third listen to Hit Me Hard And Soft album, it's still freaking incredible 1
Kyoto Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Just now, Devin said: sounds greedy but i wanna double lead single. LUNCH is the picked lead single by Billie, but CHIHIRO might surprise. 1
truthteller Posted May 17 Posted May 17 (edited) It started so strong with the first two tracks then the middle part is so Clairo coded. Love the way she started to use more vocal techniques - the greatest is stunning. It's definitely a more cohesive body of work then HTE Edited May 17 by truthteller
Migs30283 Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Billie needs to drop the double album pls just to block taylor from going number one.
Kiss It Better Posted May 17 Posted May 17 AOTY IS HERS the melodies and vocal delivery are CRAZY the transitions and switchups track ranking: BITTERSUITE CHIHIRO THE GREATEST BLUE SKINNY LUNCH WILDFLOWER L'AMOUR DE MA VIE THE DINER BIRDS OF A FEATHER NO SKIPS 10/10 she might finally top WWAFAWDWG for me 2

I have a feeling that, if there is a double album happening, it will not be a surprise drop any time soon....probably much further down the line near the tour. 1
Mornings Posted May 17 Posted May 17 THE DINER is definitely snatching the Viral card. The others aren't clicking with me at all. The rhymes in Birds of a Feather are so rudimentary and cliche its really shocking!
Migs30283 Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Here what can happen at the 67th Grammys: Billie can take AOTY and BPVA while Taylor gets SOTY along with Pop Duo 1

I'm surprised to hear that - I can somewhat agree on BOAF being a bit unsophisticated but it's not really supposed to be. That song is going for a specific vibe of early 90s soft rock girlie pop and achieves it. 1
SylMacPer Posted May 17 Posted May 17 (edited) Oh, Billie What a beautiful album No skips, crazy melodies, amazing vocals, so atmospheric, so calm and so intense! It hits hard and soft indeed 10/10 Edited May 17 by SylMacPer 1
Shimenawa Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Just listened to the album. Bittersuite and Blue are amazing! She is a true artist unlike some other petty girlies 1
bad guy Posted May 17 Posted May 17 I honestly am not phased by that lady's cheap tactics and petty tricks. Even though she's trying to place her thumb on the scale I just don't picture a Billie album not going #1 Call me delusional but it just doesn't compute to me. 2 1 1
dreww Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Two free months of Apple Music if you heard the album in AMC theaters.. I will never not gag at this rollout it's so clever
Motivation93 Posted May 17 Posted May 17 This is really good and better than HTE but I will say that the switch ups are almost tease worthy ? Like I wish the songs at the second part of certain tracks were their own tracks? Some of the sonics in the switch ups deserve their own fully realized track. That'd be my only critique

Now I get to stream on Spotify and when I decide to give the audio quality on Apple a chance, it's free. Brilliant. 1
