SOUR was doing +26M on day 55. HMHAS did 22M on its 55 day. so not quite on sour's level since olivia was averaging +4M more atp (and had the hundreds of millions of streams from the drivers license and deja vu pre release to add to the overall stream count of the album) but still a undeniable smash nonetheless. i can easily see this finishing the year with +5B. Props to Olivia and this isn't to diminish her success, but she had a very strong debut, probably something she will have hard time repeating. While her debut is impressive, I'd argue that it's even more impressive that Billie had a very strong first era, bit weaker (but still successful) second era, and now she's doing these numbers with her third album. Her longevity is insane, but that's what happens when you constantly serve quality. 9
Jonasl91 Posted July 13 Posted July 13 This is so crazy actually. For reference birds did 8.113M last Friday 4

However, there's no use in whining about it. She will direct this one and the next ones too. She says she loves it, so I don't think she will give it up unless she stops enjoying it Better accept it atp She could co-direct with someone, so maybe that will happen. Autoplay alone was not taking Sabrina to have two songs above 10M daily. It has already got to be a smash. It just elevates it. People using it as a coping mechanism because their faves cant get hits nowadays is funny to see. Meanwhile they have no issue with their faves having 300M playlist reach, releasing 100 remixes, having radio deals, etc. And notice PPP is now slipping WW despite still being autoplay darling because its genuinely just losing steam. That shows when it was pulling 12-13M daily it was a smash in its own right. Same with BOAF, Espresso, etc. Edited July 13 by Gaia 6
