Popular Post Doogle Posted May 18 Popular Post Posted May 18 (edited) HTE was so necessary for her and I don't care that it did pretty meh on release day, I think it was a wonderful album But see this… the stars all aligned. Her best album yet, acclaim, good image, the Barbie song hype continuing over. This is a smash and I see it having longevity too because the quality is there. She deserved to be topping singles charts too but considering how competitive charts are she's doing incredibly. I'm a fan not a stan but she's at 2/3 for me now, I really love this girl so much Edited May 18 by Doogle 20

Our girl really did THAT The hate she got from the GP during the HTE era was INSANELY disproportionate, I don't think I will ever understand. Fans making corny tiktoks about unstanning after the Lost Cause video... to then coming back after Happier Than Ever (song) started going viral was peak stupidity. 3
liquiddiamonds Posted May 18 Posted May 18 (edited) HTE is destined to be a cult classic. It's already referenced around. The Blonde Billie cut is what Renee Rapp wears these days and the gen z 60s Bardot vibes she was serving for performances are become in, especially with Sabrina's current 60s aesthetics for Espresso. Olivia also mentioned how it seemed Billie was inside her head with the writing there and she gushed about during GUTS rollout. I still stand by my opinion that it's one of the greatest young adult albums ever. I can feel her growth and introspection moving more inward than before. With such diverse and timeless references throughout the production, teens will always check that one out and relate to it, even when Billie was clearly discussing her own celebrity. Also she served some of her most iconic performances captured in video. It solidified her as a live act for all ages. At 3M sales in the US and with a classic 2020s under the belt, it's already iconic and successful Edited May 18 by liquiddiamonds 13

slw84 Posted May 18 Posted May 18 She does have a few single worthy tracks: Lunch an answer to Bad Guy Chihiro not as catchy but the visual would blow minds Birds of a Feather probably the top 40 hit with longevity. The Greatest an answer to Happier than Ever L'Amour de ma vie for the clubs Bittersuite a closer

Devin Posted May 18 Posted May 18 i feel like wildflower is gonna be the most slept on-underrated track. 4
commander Posted May 18 Posted May 18 This album is such a breath of fresh air for the current stale and insipid landscape of pop. Literally zero skips. And the strong 90s influence is giving me so much life right now. I 2

Donquizote Posted May 18 Posted May 18 This album is giving me COADF. Literally no skip and the transition of every track to another track is so cohesive. This is set to be a classic album in the future. That transition from LAMOUR to THE DINER.
My20sBlues Posted May 18 Posted May 18 BLUE has almost 300k videos on TikTok with just one day, what's happening? 2

She nearly doubled my original 38M prediction Everyone who stuck around through the HTE era should be feeling proud right now. Our girl really did THAT No I think that's what's really hitting me, like I was going to stick by her no matter what and I wouldn't care if this was doing half of HTE. Now her biggest debut, like this is everything she deserves she's so talented and great 2
Nectarine Posted May 18 Posted May 18 The final 20 seconds of Chihiro got me like The synth sounds is infectious and I wish she had made it loop just once more to make Chihiro a 100/10 song 1
