Thrive > Frame By Frame > stages I don't think stages was bad, it just wasn't as strong as the other two. Although Take You Home, Distracted and Don't Ask Me are excellent songs. Hereditary is being called her fourth LP and not her fifth. Apple Music is messy as it has Rise and Shine under albums, but it's not.
