She needed to drop some new music along with the announcement tbh.

I saw her years ago when she performed in Australia, she lipsynced a 50 minute set. No wonder she's struggling!

tickets are too damn expensive across the board now for concerts. It doesn't make sense to take hundreds of dollars between tickets and parking and drinks and an entire night for somebody you're a casual fan of, which is what these kinds of joint tours originally catered to.

They all deserve better but the current touring market isn't favorable to casual nostalgia acts at all.

Is Twitter down for anyone else or just me?

I forgot about this since Missy & Clara's initial announcement tbh lol

She's doing okay, but the ticket prices are too high which is why sales are slow. This is affecting many artists at the moment.

Too many concerts.

Since when 70% is a flop for a legacy act?

Shell be around 90% by showtime.

I guess you can't expect a sold out tour 25 years into your career when you've never really been a touring act. Although for me personally, her visuals alone would make me wanna buy a ticket. 2 legends and ciara. What more could you ask for

Finally a tour not selling out... and I don't want to go

Posted

I just saw Bad Bunny in Atlanta and days before there were literally so many seats left and they were still high asf. The day of it was completely sold out and tickets were down to the $100s and less. I got floor standing for $200 when they were in the $1000s+ when it went on sale.

So they should be fine. A quick glance at Ticketmaster it doesn't look that bad. And the places will high prices are mostly resell and large cities. People will go when it's closer and cheaper. I probably still do the same.

I would have wanted to go if she had included someone else instead of Busta. For that price I really want to enjoy all the acts.

She hasn't released a studio album in nearly 20 years. I say she's doing fine all things considered.
